Asparagus的食用方法

今天准备做Asparagus,确发现商标的背面写了一大堆的东西,
看来半天没有几个认识的单词,所以到电脑前面来查一查是什么意思.
于是有了这段文字:(原文照抄,加上自己的理解)
Asparagus with garlic and basil
3 lbs asparagus (trimmed and cleaned) 3 磅芦笋
30 millilitres of garlic (peeled and split) 30毫升大蒜
2 teaspoons dried basil (or 2 sprigs fresh) 2匙干的
1/3 cup margarine 三分之一杯黄油
1 tablespoon garlic (chopped) 1勺切碎的大蒜
1/4 cup basil (chopped); 四分之一杯
boiling water
Arrange Asparagus in a layer in a large, deep skilled along with garlic and basil(this may have to be done in two batches).
Pour boiling water over to about 1 inch deep-cover and bring to oil, cook for 8 minutes or until crisp-tender. While the Asparagus is cooking , prepare the topping by melting the margarine in a small pan. Add the garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes - stir in the basil. Drain Asparagus, discarding split garlic ( and basil sprigs if used) and arranged in a serving . Spoon basil topping over Asparagus. Serves 8-10.
